SERGAN Management is an owner-managed boutique asset management and consulting company based in Geneva, co-managed by its founders and partners: Anne and Sergey Vakula.

Sergey Vakula, a native of Moscow, Russia, has 25 years of experience managing projects and companies in Europe and worldwide, of different complexity and size, ranging from few to several hundred million euros.

From 2004 till 2013 he worked for a Russian Forbes-20 UHNWI, first in one of his business investment undertakings, and then creating and managing his Family Office in Geneva and then in Monaco, setting up operations and taking care of all aspects of the company ranging from real estate acquisition, construction and management throughout the world, to aircraft and yacht build and outfit, to lifestyle management and security.
Between 2008 and end of 2012 he was also founder, co-owner and CEO of a Swiss asset management company in Geneva.

Prior to that, having received earlier a Ph.D. in biochemistry, from 1991 to 2001 he worked in Italy, managing high-tech companies and projects, and between 2002 and 2004 went back to Moscow to work in executive positions in various financial investment institutions including a US venture capital firm, and with Interros and Alfa Group.
He is fluent in Russian, English, Italian, German, and French, conversational in Spanish, with working knowledge of Portuguese.

Anne Tschanz Vakula was educated as economist and financial analyst.
She holds an M.A. in economics and finance, a Swiss Federal Financial Analyst and Asset Manager diploma, and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (EFFAS). Anne started her career at Deloitte as an auditor, controlling financial statements of several banks and holding companies in Switzerland. Afterwards, she accumulated vast experience in asset management, private banking, and family office, first with UBS, and then with Pictet & Cie, Credit Suisse, Unigestion, Vontobel and Banque Pâris Bertrand Sturdza.
