We are fully independent and we align our interests with those of our clients, starting from impartiality in due diligence to transparent remuneration schemes and commissions.

We do not take any fees, commissions or retrocessions from anybody but our clients when working on business projects thus fully eliminating the risk of conflict of interests. We can however be retributed by the investee company upon agreement of the client and/or by his/her choice.
